- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating revenue by selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions (Dynamics 365 for Talent, Finance & Operations, Sales and Field Services primarily).
- Will be responsible for selling at small to medium volumes and generating revenue critical to Axpedite and may involve rapid sales cycles.
- Will be expected to build upon a network of lead generators, drive individual alliance network and drive new prospect introductions in order to identify opportunities.

Skills and role requirements:
- Have an understanding of all Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications products and Axpedite’s service offerings.
- Should be able to network within the business community, creates and manages opportunities.
- Demonstrate the ability to network in order to increase sales opportunities.
- Manages the administration component of the position.
- Leverage Knowledge of prospect/customers business and industry to establish value and create new opportunities.
- Engage with potential customers and drive the sales process.
- Create and deliver sales calls and presentations via the team selling effort.
- Direct follow up and manage on going follow up with prospects
- Requirements Education, Skill & Abilities:
- 4 or more years experience in solution selling of ERP/CRM software or IT consulting services sales.
- Prior experience selling Tier 1 ERP or CRM software required (includes Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (D365 AX, NAV, SL, GP, MS CRM), PeopleSoft, JD Edwards)
- Must have experience and/or expert knowledge of the marketplace in the assigned territory with an established network of contacts with CIO and CFO level executives in the territory.
- Professional, assertive, and skilled in forming new relationships.
- Experience with presentation, proposal development
- Must be willing to work closely with team members within the sales team
- Prior experience using a CRM system to manage a pipeline preferred, Microsoft CRM experience
- Working Environment: There will be some travel included.

Skills and role requirements:
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 for Fiance & Operations /AX – Technical
- Development in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/Dynamics 365, to have strong insight and best practice for the development life cycle process.
- Good X++ programming skills and C# is an added advantage
- Knowledge on the almost all the frameworks in Dynamics AX (DIXF, AIF, Service, workflows, OData, Web services)
- Should have knowledge on developing SSRS reports
- Should have knowledge on Upgrading AX to any latest versions
- Must be aware of basics of AR, AP and Inventory modules
- Should be able to work with local resources, functional and development team and core implementation team members
- Involve in data migration from the legacy systems working with core team members and implementation team
- Troubleshooting the issues that come up through the testing on the implementation roll out and provide post implementation support.
- Need to support on the implementations and ongoing support for AX dynamics projects
- Should have knowledge on creating Technical design documents (TDDs)
- Knowledge on Microsoft Flows and LogicApps is an added advantage
- Should be certified AX Technical professional (In development)
